I have just upgraded to the new Apple tv and after restart it would not recognize the new device and said that I must wait a month to add a new device.  Is there any way that customer services could reset my account so that I can view on my TV

Quickest way for you to sort this is to have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they would be willing to reset your devices for you. To get there go to the following help page

http://help.nowtv.com/article/Device-limit-reached


and click the green Contact Us button near the bottom left of it (not the How to Contact Us link right at the bottom as that takes you somewhere else) then choose the Live Chat option on the following page.

I have just been speaking to Lokesh on Live Chat and he sorted my problem out in a few minutes, really impressed with the service.

I last used NOW TV on my IPad through Chromecast to my TV. Quality was bad. Now I can't access content because they think I have 4 devices although I've only used my PC and IPad. Still trying to flog me Sports passes although I can't access them through either PC or IPad.

Welcome to the forum.mif you've recently used a Chromecast to watch that would have been added to your device list and probably used your one 'addition' for the month. If you've watched on four different devices in the past then the device limit rules kick in, where you can now only add one new device a month, even if you delete several.

Have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out an extra device swap as a courtesy.
