Device limit

It says I have reached my device limit and can't add a new one but my Apple TV has been on my device list all along

Have you check your list of devices in your account settings to see if Apple TV is listed?

@Anonymous User Have you tried to add more than one device? As you can only add one a month.

I know this is a week old but iof you contact the live chat they can help you i have had to do it on serveral occasions to reset limit should only take 5 or so minutes
