AppleTV can not play this content error

Getting this lots lately, especially bad on kids channels which is causing some upset. Seems sporadic as some episodes work, others do not. For example, this evening, the first few episodes of Green Lanterns gave the error, ep 5 did not. This morning eps 3 & 4 of Ben 10 gave the error.

Seen a few older posts, seems to be an issue on NowTV end, can anyone confirm?

Thanks for getting in touch. This is something we are looking into to find out what has happened it is taking long than expected. Hopefully have some news on this soon.
