Apple TV won't connect

Hi,

I have just paid for a month of Sky Sport - but my login details do not seem to work on apple tv when I try and log in.

I've tried resetting my password but that did not work.

Please help.

Sorry to hear you can't log in on your Apple TV but we'll do everything we can to help you here. We'd need to ask you a couple of questions if that's OK?

- Are you inside the UK?

- Do you use anything like a VPN to connect to the Internet?

- Have you tried to change the password to something without any characters like dots or dashes, anything like that?

- Do you have any other devices in your holdhold and can you sign in on theses?
