Set up a new account for free 14 day trial on NOW website. Wont log into me Apple TV3. I have reset but still not working.

You don't have a pass already active on the Apple TV's NOW TV app that you bought via the iTunes route do you? As I've seen issues caused by that (the solution being to cancel that pass and wait for it to expire before logging in via your NOW TV account).
Other than that there doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to the Apple TV login problems, so your best bet is to wait for a member of the NOW TV team to respond on here (it can take a day or two for them to pick up posts), or you could try live chat.

Hi All, thanks for the replys
I have been playing around with no joy until I changed my password yet again this time only using letters, NO numbers and hey presto the Apple TV Box signed in no problems first attempt, I post this in the hope it may help others, it's a pity things like this are not mentioned in Now TV helps and hints pages
