Its three days now and three attempts chatting to customer services since commencing my subscription on Apple TV and MAC computer and I still await a solution to my problem. I can log in to my account, I can see the service content but when I try to play I get the same error message every time - An error occurred loading this content. Try again later. Not impressed so far. Please, can anyone help?

Yes, they just told me to switch everything off and on again, reset and restore the ATV etc, which I had already tried...

Not sure what you mean? Whenever I find something I want to watch I go
through the steps to play, but when I click on play, the error message
comes up. Nothing will play on movies or entertainment.

Ranj, the box is exactly as it came from Amazon UK just before Christmas,
and the DNS is definitely a UK server - as I said, everything else from the
UK, including Sky News, is working fine.

Can't watch true detective through my Apple TV. Missing episodes 1 and 4. But none of the episodes are playing any way. Showing message 'an error occurred loading this content' this also happened with the Enfield haunting when it first came on.
