Apple TV - Error loading content

Its three days now and three attempts chatting to customer services since commencing my subscription on Apple TV and MAC computer and I still await a solution to my problem. I can log in to my account, I can see the service content but when I try to play I get the same error message every time - An error occurred loading this content. Try again later. Not impressed so far. Please, can anyone help?

There is a known issue with some recent content on the Apple TV. The NOW TV Team are working on a fix, and you can find updates here

Sorry to hear this.

 

If you're unable to play any content on NOW TV, it may indicate that your box is having trouble maintaining a connection to your modem.

 

Are other apps and services currently streaming?

Yes, everything else is working, including Live Sky News, so no problems
with modem, connection speed etc.

I'm sorry you've had issues viewing content on your Apple TV. Can you have a look at this article which has some suggestions to overcome your issue.

 

Can you try rebooting the box and or router which can help to solve the issue. Let us know how you get on.

But I did all of that before I even joined the forum. It's all pretty
self-evident, and none of it helped. That's why i tried the forum - only to
find that dozens of people have the same problem, and that there doesn't
appear to be a solution...

Vodafone. Now TV works fine on my ipad mini, but the screen is too small to
watch much.
I have tried the ATV on wifi and ethernet, but only Now doesn't work on
either.

No, as everything else works fine - it's only Now TV that doesn't, and i can see that loads fo other people are having exactly the same problem - so I am sure it is a Now TV problem, not Apple...
