Apple TV 4K Parental Controls

I've set the Apple TV (4K/11.3) parental controls accordingly however the Now TV app (version 1.0 last updated 27-Oct-15?) appears to not respect these, allowing anything to play.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Was that the Parental Controls on the ATV device settings or setting up a Parental PIN by going into My Account > Parental Controls on here ?
