"Something's not right" error message

Hi. When I try to watch anything on my Android (from Entertainment package), for the last two days I keep getting an error message "Something's not right. Give it a moment, or check nowtv.com status for updates". I did check the status and there's nothing outstanding there. It is quite frustrating that I can't use nowtv and I wonder if anyone has any suggestions and possible solutions to this problem.

What make and model of device are you using to access the NOW TV service?

I ran out of credit on my Android phone yesterday. Since toping it the internet works fine but now I keep getting "Something's not right please try later" error message. 

I have other devices and they work fine. 

I can see the shows availabe but when the show is starting the message appars.

Any Ideas  ?

Sorry to hear you're having problems. In order to help you, can you please provide the following information: -

• What's the 'make and model' number of your Android device?
• Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
• Are you running any form of VPN (Virtual Private Network)?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us and/or the NOW TV developers to work out a solution for you!
