I have connected the black box to tv and set up wi-fi signal etc. It then updated and re-started. Then a screen came up asking for me to accept License Agreement and no button on the remote will connect to it and I am stuck on that screen. What should I do?

That's the screensaver, pressing any key on the remote should clear that. sounds like there may be an issue with the remote, so I would try removing the batteries and reseating them again, and making sure you are pointing the remote straight at the box. If you have any spare batteries it might be worth seeing if different batteries help.

No need to apologise, not your fault!
It may well be the box has just frozen. I would try removing the power supply and leaving for 5 mins or so then reconnecting. The box should resume the setup process where it left off (accepting the licence agreement). When that appears just press OK twice on the remote, and keep fingers crossed! 🙂
