devices Issue

Hi,I have tried to watch on my Android tablet however I am getting a message I have registered as LL of my allocation, I've only got 3 registered, a now TV box, Xbox and laptop, I should be able to register a 4th, why does the registration fail?

Answer, every time your Xbox or laptop goes through an OS or app update the Now TV system sees that update/upgrade as a new device.

 

So now, get onto Now TV's help chat and ask them to reset your device count.
