So I got a free pass for 2 week leading up till Christmas it was a movie one said it wouldn' charge after the alloted time was up wich is today but It took money out of my account. I bought a months subscription to the entertainment package the other day the money' gone out my account but cnt use the entertainment package on my tablet. I enjoyed the movies but atm I just want my money back for something that isn' working. I origanlly only got the free pass because it said it wouldn' carry on after but it did. Would like to b refunded if possible

Make sure you go to your My Account > My Passes page

and can el the movies pass so it doesn't keep renewing (click cancel next to the pass and follow the steps all the way to the end, you should receive an email confirmation after cancelling).
Whilst there check to make sure you can see your entertainment pass that you've bought, and if you can make sure you've logged into your tablet app with the same username, it should work fine on there (if not post back with details of what happens when you try to watch).
With regards a refund, pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and see if they sort one out for you.
