Technical error

I am new to Now TV and trying to watch my first programme but I keep getting technical error 0x23.  Can anybody tell me what I need to do?

Sorry to hear you're having problems. First things first: -

  • Have you completed the set-up of your NOW TV account?
  • What's the make and model number of your Android device?
  • Are you accessing the NOW TV service from within the UK or Éire?
  • Do you have a UK registered 'credit' or 'debit' card?
  • What's the make and model number of your Android device?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us NOW TV forum members and/or a NOW TV Team member to work out a solution for you!

Sorry for not getting back before now but I have been away on holiday.

In response to your questions:

Have you completed the set-up of your NOW TV account? Yes

What's the make and model number of your Android device? Samsung Galaxy Tab S

Are you accessing the NOW TV service from within the UK or Éire? Yes

Do you have a UK registered 'credit' or 'debit' card? Yes

What's the make and model number of your Android device? SM-T800 android version 6.0.1

I was trying to use my device on the train using wifi when I was getting the error 0x23 but since I've been back home I have been able to view programmes. It was a shame I couldn't use it whilst travelling. Any idea why?
