Sharing most from android device to smart tv

Whenever I am watching now TV on my android tablet and try to press the  send icon to link to a smart TV (like on you tube) it never works.

 

The icon appears to be 'greyed out' on the menu bar as though it is disabled.

 

How can this be resolved?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

You can't 'send' NOW TV content to a 'smart' TV. That particular function is not supported. Neither is directly connecting an Android tablet via HDMI to a TV.
