Not working on samsung phone

Hi a new customer and have been enjoying sky sports on my phone all of a sudden it doesnt work saying something went wrong try later or check status update. Worked fine before. I see that this issue has been going on for a year for some users as im paying £33 a month for nothing i want it sorted now.

I too am having problems with a Samsung S5.
There is zero help yhat is of any use.
I won't be back. All they want to do is advertise. Links dont work. Overall, a crap service.

I have been trying to watch for 2 days now and just keeps saying now tv has stopped. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, turned my phone off and on. Everything else is working fine just my now tv, do you know why? Thanks Carol
