You need to login to your now TV account on the NowTV website and go to the my passes section of the my account area. From there you can cancel any passes that you have you will be able to continue watching NowTV up until the end of the current billing period.
However, if you wish for your account to be closed completely. You will need to get in touch with NowTV via live chat. You can do this by following the link below

I have tried to follow NowTV instructions to leave the service several times because I knew that there would not be any money in my account. It said that I had cancelled then it tried to charge me. Because of this I have incurrred bank charges, it now won't even let me try to cancel again. It says that it will try and take the money again - if you do I will get charged again a total of £40!!! I want to leave and to remove all my bank details and personal details - I can't reach a human being to speak to - please resolve this now before more costs incurred
