Welcome to the forum. If you've already bought a pass you shouldn't have to accept terms and enter card again. What's more likely to have happened is you're trying the wrong username and password in your app.
Log into this website and go to your My Account > My Passes page
https://account.nowtv.com/passes
If you see the pass you've bought active there then log in with the same username and password on your app. If you don't see your pass you need to log in with any other usernames you have until you find the right one (eg if you got an email receipt for your purchase you can use that email address to login with)

Which pass did you buy, and can you see it on your My Account > My Passes page?
