Error 9

I have a Samsung s7 and when I load into account and play anything I get contact support error 9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.

I'm trying to watch the united and city Derby and activated my NowTV pass on my android tablet ready to watch. However when I try to click on any of the current sports I get:

Something has gone wrong. Please try again or contact our support team (error 9).

How do I fix this? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried clearing the cache but nothing happens. Little disappointed that I've activated my 1 day pass just for this game really and can't even watch it.

I've been getting the message Error 9 when i try to watch something.
I have a Samsung S7 Edge
And the software is up to date.
I have uninstalled and installed at least twice and still persists.

Are you viewing NOW TV content on your phones screen or do you have your phone connected to an external display?

Welcome to the forum

 

Has your device been modified at all (e.g rooting) also could you try watching on 3g or 4g

 

Could you also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Just bought the phone and it was playing fine. No modifications whatsoever been done to it. I've tried uninstall a few times and still not working. Please advise!
