Error 9

I have a Samsung s7 and when I load into account and play anything I get contact support error 9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.

Could you tell us kind of phone are you using and have you tried viewing on wifi and on mobile data only

 

Also could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app

I have a huwaei. I havent tried reinstalling as I get now tv as part of a
package and if I reinstall I may lose this deal and have to pay for it.

I have recently purchased a Andriod TV box, installed the Now TV app.

I can log in, and vew the available program, when i click to watch i get

Sonthing's gone wrong. if the problem persists contact on line support team. (Error:9)

The Android NOW TV app is intended to be used on 'smartphones' and 'tablets' (ie: devices with screens), not set-top boxes...

I am supprised that the Android TV box does't work as the Apple TV does and it's just another set top box

The Apple TV products utilise a 'closed' OS, which adhere to various copyright protection protocols (including HDCP). Unfortunately, the same can't be said for any Android OS based products.

Hello,

I own a projector APEMAN LED Pico Projector HD DLP Portable 3D, on which I can easily watch Netflix (UK) but I get error 9 when I try to watch Now TV. Can you please explain what error 9 is and if the projector is supported?
