Error 67

Hi,

 

I have recently downloaded the Now TV app on to my s7 smartphone, when I try to watch a programme/film it tries to connect but then an error message comes up:

 

'Something's gone wrong. If the problem persists, contact Online Support Team. (Error: 67)'.

 

Now uninstalled and then reinstalled the app several times, but still won't work.

 

Could you please let me know what's wrong?

Yes I have a Samsung S7, so would imagine everything was compatible being quite a new model.
