Conditions changed

Was told i would have to wait til 1st September to add a new device, now it's saying I have to wait til 1st October. Makes no sense. Got the box for convenience but it has been useless so far.

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried watching on a new device just to see if it will let the device be added onto your list anyway? If it doesn't and you've not been able to add any new device this month, then have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you.

That is what I had initially tried when it wouldn't let me access it. However it is all up and running now!

It just let me add it. Went to use my box and it just worked as normal, no problem.
