Android app log in

Trying to log in on my Android tablet.

Enter username and hit the enter key get message to say please enter password.

Enter password and hit Enter key and nothing happens. Nothing. No message that I have input the wrong password or username (I haven't) just nothing.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - no luck.

Log in works fine on my PC.

Any ideas anyone.

Do you have any   s  p  a  c  e  s    in your password by any chance? If so, this can cause problems

No, no spaces.

However with nothing happening I hit back to return to the My Account page and it showed me as signed in.

Tried watch Game of Thrones and all was well so an odd wrinkle that appears to have ironed itself out.

Hi, I had the same problem with a telebox.

  The enter key on the external keyboard was not the same as the enter from double clicking on the remote control's OK button (that worked).

Is there another way of triggering enter on the tablet?

Maybe a double tap on the screen?

Note: that although this worked, the Android telebox (not rooted) did not function with NOWtv because of the restriction on external HDMI connections.  Same problem with Virgin "anywhere" but no such restriction on Netflix & Youtube.
