I've been on hold for 40 mins and awaiting for someone from broadband for over 2 hours!!! This is awful. I had a simple request but now I just want to leave now tv but I can't even do that as customer services is soooooo poor.
Someone help me cancel this please.

I could not agree more. I have been using a streaming site all day as I pay for NOW TV but it constantly buffers.
Why pay for a service you simply cannot use. Useless, stay away.
Biye the bullet and get sky. Now TV are useless.
They will say it is your internet speed but every other site works fine.
I just cancelled as I would rather that than wait to get the same nonsense cut and paste email from a call centre robot!!

They can't even get my address right. My broadband router has been returned to sender twice now. Customer service is so bad - is this state of affairs even legal?
I want to cancel but can't get through! Not even Live Chat is working now.
