telegraph pole removed as crashed into

A car crashed into a telegraph pole outside our house 2 months ago and the lines have not been connected back up so we are still without internet and not heard anything back, how can I get internet again? 😞

Are the wires dangling, and/ or presenting a hazard, or has it been cleaned up?

If you have no connection then you need to call now and report it as a fault.

 If the site is dangerous or prevents a hazard there is an openreach number/ reporting tool you can use
