My installation date was delayed due to the fact no engineers were available to install NOW tv broadband. I was told I would be receiving compensation of £5 per day until it was installed. I have not as of yet received anymore information regarding this. Has anyone else had this happen?

Have a read of this help article where there is a section about " How will you receive your compensation " click the green arrows next to the topic sub heading to expand the information on screen.
