Have you checked all your NowTV playback devices by going into the NowTV App to see if they all have the same email address or username and they correspond to your log in details on here when you check My Account > Passes & Vouchers and Bills & Payments ?
Also i would check all your email addresses that you have (including all junk & spam folders) for any correspondence from nowtv which may give you a clue of more than one account created with nowtv.
