now broadband worth less than BT

Why can BT broadband users watch on two devices concurrently (as long as one is their BT box), but Now broadband users can only watch on one unless they pay for boost? Surely native NOW broadband customer should be treated at least as well as users of a competitor product?

It isn’t every BT Broadband customer who can do this, only those who subscribe to, and pay extra for, the additional BT TV service.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

For those customers who pay for BT yv it is there as part of their subscription, so when they add more TV they get this facility. For now TV customers it's an extra £5/month

Can you give us a worked example?

To an email address yes, in here I'm not posting personal financial information in an open forum and there seems to be no opportunity to insert a file.
