I have been with nowtv since September but have got no emails from them and when I log into my account it says I don't have a payment set up or have paid anything previously. not sure if they have a different account under my name with an incorrectly spelt email?

Anything showing under My Account > Manage Account > My Broadband & Calls (either Orders & Appointments or Messages) to give you a clue if you are accessing the correct account ?
You could have created more than one account (ie one for TV Membership and one for NOW Broadband, where i have seen this happen a few times).
See if this NOW account finder button on the link page below can track anymore of your accounts.

Another question, who was your previous ISP before switching to NOW Broadband ?
It wasn't Sky by any chance ?

If you are going around in circles and can't find anything relating to your NOW Broadband.
Then give the NOW Broadband Team a call using the telephone number on this link page below, where hopefully they can track down your details on their system.
