landline down today 24/12/22

Does anyone know whether they have no landline.  I live in HA8 London area and it has been affected since this afternoon?

I am in HA0 near Wembley and the landline is down but internet is working fine. Checked cables and plugged into master socket but still not working.

Tried contacting Now but office is currently closed.

There isn’t anything that can be done on here I’m afraid. You could try dropping support and email, using the address from the below picture.

Otherwise you’ll need to wait until the lines are open again.

I tried ringing today but they have shut the office early it seems. Will try again tomorrow.
