How do I view my itemised calls?

You should find the telephone calls you made on the NowTV Broadband & Phone service by going to My Account > Bills & Payments whilst signed in on here.

Go to recent payments and select Broadband & Calls, then on the summary screen click on call usage and then click "view call details".

Thank you for the instructions but it doesn't work on my account??   Can anyone help me, please?

When I click on "Call Usage", then "View Call Details", I get this message:

You don't have any call details yet.

I've had our NOW phone account for a month already!
