Good afternoon.
Yesterday I waited for the engineer visit for the set-up of my package but no one came at my place. So today I call the costumer service to understand if the day visit is change but they told me that the appointment was deleted.
I just wanted to know when I can have a new appointment, I need my wi-fi as soon as possible. Please let me know.

Do not post any personal information on here as it’s a breach of GDPR and forum rules.
In fact nothing will get sorted on here as it’s a customer to customer forum. Since you probably noticed that no staff responded from the first post and that was back in 2019.
