Hi,
I am within my cooling off period and wish to cancel - this does not seem to be very straighforward. I sent emails yesterday but I do not know if they are correct email addresses.
Please advise how to do this.

I too want to cancel within the cooling off period. I purchased an Entertainment Pass but was unable to access it on my TV. The chat line is never available so I could not get any help which is why I am leaving. The web-site says that to cancel I simply have to select my pass and click on cancel next to it. However, when I select my pass there is nothing to click.

me too i cancelled my 2week free movie trial after 10 days, only to be charged £9.99 4days later.I also found that there was no cancellation tab at the side of my passes.the frustrating thing about it all is that after contacting them by by email to raise a dispute,they said they would contact me within 48hrs, almost a week later ...nothing
