i want to cancel my now tv account but there is no way to contact you. there is no live chat and I have been charged £30 for waiting 40 minutes with no answer.
This is shocking, is there direct method of contact so your customers can contact you in the COVID-19 crisis without being overcharged?

Hi - i am in the same boat - i want to cancel my account and remove payment details but there is no obvious way to do this

Stuff em ... & just cancel Direct Debit !!!
Coronavirus or not , the service is so " hit & miss ", mainly through links not operating ... usually chat, help, advice messages from them not being sent ( as promised ) etc.
