Hi all my contract is due for renewal on the 12th of FEB for broadband and phone we are currently paying approx £25 per month , what is generally the renewal price ?
This is normally advertised when your taking the broadband out.
Although if you call the broadband team they might be able to work out a new deal for you.

Three or four weeks before your NowTV 12 month contract is up, NowTV will normally email their Broadband customers on what options you have and prices.
Once you get the email or maybe a week before your contract is up, phone the NowTV Broadband Team to either accept their new offer or if you are not happy with the monthly price for committing to another 12 months, either try renegotiating with them for a better price or same price of £25.
If you are still not happy with the price they are offering, then look elsewhere where there are always good deals around for customers who switch to another provider.
