broadband - problem with payment


 I have spent last two days trying to purchase online SuperFibre broadband. Every time, when I try to make a payment, after inserting credit card details, the screen "freeze" and the following information is displayed: "We are nearly done" - however this nearly done process never ends! Any suggestions how to overcome this problem???

You could try a different browser and/or device and make sure any adblocker plugins are disabled. However you might want to either give the broadband team a call or try live chat (if you go on live chat ask to speak to a broadband advisor when you first get on).
