When does my contract end?

Hi all,I'm looking for the exact date my contract ends. I renewed last year a month early and letter states 12months but would like to confirm in writing end date of contract. Anyone know how?Thanks,T

Bills are missing

Hi all,I've been paying my broadband for the last few months. However, in my NOW account there are no Bills available for me to review, which I would need to expense my broadband.Anyone any tips?

Resolved! General usability

NOW is an awful service and it has been for a few years now, I'm definitely moving to a new service provider when this contract expires. Your online services are terrible; confusing and difficult to use.
