Over the years I have tried services from both Sky and Now broadband and swapped between them over many years but our problem persists. Its rarely for very long but a pain in the ###### as I work from home now and don't need drop outs losing my work....

Hi,Can we halt/disable the Now Broadband service for specific time to avoid charges? e.g. If someone is going away from home for 1 month or so, Is there possibility of deactiviating services and not get charged? Thanks!
