Broadband buddy not on but blocking sites

My Broadband buddy is off - when I go to 'manage my account' it just gives me the option to set it up indicating it is not on but certain sites are blocked by broadband buddy - I'm confused as to why?

No Welsh counties?

I'm trying to make a payment but cannot because there are no Welsh or Scottish counties on the drop-down menu!How is this possible? I can't fix my wifi until they fix this.

Need old bills from April 2021 to March 2022.

I think I terminated the service around October 2021. But I need the rest of the bills so I can claim the cost on my business tax return. How can I get older bills? I logged in and can only get bills from 12 months ago from today.
