Can we halt the services for 1 month

Hi,Can we halt/disable the Now Broadband service for specific time to avoid charges? e.g. If someone is going away from home for 1 month or so, Is there possibility of deactiviating services and not get charged? Thanks!

Home Move not Showing on Orders

Hi - our internet is due to go live in the new house today. As of 8.30pm it still isn’t live - I know it can go live up to midnight but never known it actually go this late. also the move itself isn’t showing as an Order in my account? 

New Account issues

I have registered for now broadband and paid the set up fee of £5 but I haven’t received any confirmation email yet and there are no orders or payment’s showing in my account. My go live date is 14th November. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
