Is there a way to stay with NOW?

I have just finished the 24 month contract, and am being charged twice the amount. I want to stay with NowTV but all quotes I find online are for new customers. How can I get a new contract or do I need to change the provider?Thanks

Why can I not cancel my broadband online

I dont want to talk to them on the phone, I dont want to email.... I simply want to cancel my broadband that is now on a rolling one month contract that has doubled in price. I also do not want to switch as we are transfering it from my mothers email...

Not able to see bills
