Hi I have signed up for Now broadband and I was told I will be charged once I am connected on the 26th November. however I checked my bank details and I have been charged £9.99. I want to query what is this charge for? 

LOST WIFI

Hi,i was informed my wifi would be arriving this week. Had confirmation to say its been delivered to the post office and there is no record of delivery.Need this wifi for next week
