Wrong address on 'Broadband to go live'

On the order and appointments section of my account, under the "broadband and phone go live" tab it lists the delievery address, and not the address I live at. In my account it states that my actual address and billing address to be where I am now, but not when referring to my order. Is this normal or is there something that needs to be changed?

Sounds to me something gone wrong during the broadband order process. 

Under Orders & Appointments the broadband and telephone address should be the actual address that you have ordered.

Give the NowTV broadband team a call to make sure that they have your correct details on their system. 

You will find the telephone number under Orders & Appointments.

customer service claims I have nothing to worry about, despite my installation address being the overall building, and not my flat (my flat number being in the address that I inputted!)
