Will engineer visit in tier 4 London

Has anyone had an engineer visit to fit a BT open reach line during tier 4 covid restrictions? What's the likelihood the appointment go ahead as planned? Need internet to work from home at new address.

My understanding is that BT Openreach are still undertaking home visits if necessary (even under tier 4 restrictions).

Should you wish to contact the NowTV Broadband Team for reassurances that BT Openreach will still attend a home visit in a tier 4  Covid 19 area.
