Spent 45 mins looking for a number to call as yet again now tv gave failed to take there money for about 5th time now can't get thro on live chat due to daft robot and now can't find a number always problems with this lot sick to bavk teeth of it now
If the wifi is down then you should connect via ethernet instead, and from there you should be able to log into the router settings to change the wifi settings
