Hi. Could one please tell me when one is classed as a new customer please after having been a customer previously? Is it after 12 or 24 Months? Different sites give different answers and we haven't been able to find anything on the NOW website... Thank you very much!
So one can take advantage of their current offers 😊 by returning as a new customer 👍🏻.
Thank you! ☺️
Why don’t you call the team to find out what retention deals they can provide?
https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch/now-broadband-calls/renewing-my-contract
NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
Not applicable - due to not being a current customer...👍🏻
And as a existing customer they will do their best to give you a retention offer.
As I said... I am NOT an existing customer....
Have you called the broadband team to even see what they can do in terms of deals?
I'm sure if you try to rejoin you will be charged the same as everybody else, how long have you been gone?
You may not be eligible for some 3rd party offers such as via Quidco.
Hi. Thank you. It's been 12 months 😊
I think you should be good to rejoin as a new customer then.
I'm an ex-customer of Now (over three years since i left) and the website won't let me sign up to a new broadband package as it says i already have an account.
So I logged in to the old account, and it won't show me any sign-up options for a new broadband setup at all! It's like they don't want returning customers
Is that possibly because you are trying to use the same email address? Although I've never been a broadband customer, I do have 2 different Now accounts with different email addresses.
