Hi, I tried ordering Fibre Broadband 2-3 weeks ago and something went wrong. Later, I found that fibre is not supported yet in my area.
My order went into a wait state.
I've tried ordering basic broadband but when I link through to the "start your order page", it says I'm already a broadband customer -_ which I'm not.
I called the help desk 3 days ago but nothing has happened since.
Can anyone help pls?
