Unexpected error while placing an order

I have tried several times to place an order for setting up a broadband service in my place but when I get to the check out tab, the screen goes blank and gets stuck there after putting my payment details.

Any suggestions?

You could try a different browser and disable any ad blocker on your device, but doubt that would make any difference.

Maybe try nowtv live chat to see if they can assit you any further.
