Unable to update payment details

Yesterday my prepaid card was declined. Instead of topping it up every time I decided to update it and save the one linked to my main bank account.

At first I received an email confirmation. When I went on the account to double check I realised that my TV membership payment details had been updated while the broadband payment details remained the same. 

What's weird is that I don't have any TV membership and I just intended to update the broadband details only.

I chatted the customer service and they removed the payment card details from the non-existent TV membership - but the broadband details were gone too!

Now I'm trying to add my details for the broadband and it keeps saying that they aren't able to save my address. I really don't know how to pay 😵💫

Any suggestions?

Call the broadband team to make a payment.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
