Unable to update e-mail address

Help required guys.

Im  trying to change my email address.

Ive done the obvious , gone into personal details, update email but alas a red box error message keeps coming up.

I go on to live chat , go through it all and at the end of it keep getting a link back to personal details.

Being given the runaround.

I just had the same problem.

I checked the response from the service and in my case it was actually erroring because I didn't have a mobile number set. I saved my mobile number and then it let me update the email address.

I tried several times to update my email address without success, just went around in circles - red error message suggesting that I go over to Help for a solution.

Help provided nothing (surprise surprise) but Community did - many thanks! (error due to no Mob number etc.)

I suggest that the so called Help be updated to provide that possible solution.
