NowTV is not allowing me to login to my account that I have had for a year. When logging in, it tells me 'unable to login, try again later'. I am also unable to change password.
There is no number to contact them and the chat just doesn't work because it seems to think there is a solution for all problems on their website.I need to speak to a real representative, not a bot.
I have tried logging in on 3 separate TVs, 2 laptops (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and my mobile device and it will not log me on.
I have had to make this new account just to be able to access any form of help. NowTV last took my subscription 2 days ago but I cannot access it. I want to cancel and have a refund, but I can't do that without being able to login!!
Truly, I just want a phone number or email of someone I can contact somewhere to help me.
I am incredibly frustrated by this and just really need help contacting them.
Please can someone help me!

Hi @Anonymous User
Reading some tweet replies over on Twitter, NowTV seem to be having a technical issue on some customers accounts, where it looks like you are effected.
Over on Twitter NowTV Help are asking the customer to send them a DM (direct message) once they replied to the tweet.
If you don't use Twitter, then try this link below for live chat.
Should the link not work for you, then try a different internet browser or alternatively send NowTV a message on the web form on the same link below.

Live Chat seems to work for quite a few people, though not for me using MS Edge or Fire Fox on an Android tablet or phone.
The only way i could reach live chat myself, was to open the Twitter App on my Tablet, then go to the NowTV Help Twitter feed, then i selected a tweet from NowTV with a link for live chat, which then opened first time for me, and i was chatting with a live chat advisor within a minute.
I have also reported the above to a NowTV Staff Member, that i can't seem to access live chat via my normal internet browsers.
